Nautidhow Charter Terms

To confirm a charter on any of our vessels, ranging from 33 to 164 feet, guests must pay a 30% deposit. Dates are not held without this payment. The minimum booking duration is 2 hours. Our hourly rates range from 500 to 18,900 AED, and all listed prices already include VAT. Every booking includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Additional services such as catering, water sports, decorations, and transfers can be added to your booking upon request via WhatsApp.

Insurance for all guests is included in the charter price alongside the services of our licensed captain and crew. While insurance covers standard charter operations, guests remain responsible for any intentional damage caused to the vessel, equipment, or onboard systems during the trip. Requested add-ons such as jet skis, flyboards, paddle boards, or seabobs are operated under standard usage guidelines explained by the crew at the time of the charter.

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages on board, including alcohol, with zero corkage fees. Alternatively, we can arrange catering, BBQ menus, and bar services upon request. We accommodate groups up to a maximum capacity of 90 guests, depending on the chosen vessel size. No passports or identity documents are required to board our vessels. We ask all guests to respect the crew instructions and the maximum capacity limits assigned to their specific boat.

If adverse weather conditions make sailing unsafe, you have full flexibility: we can move your charter to another date agreed in the chat, or issue a full refund according to your choice. If you need to cancel or alter your booking for any other reason, please contact us directly through the WhatsApp button on our site. We respond to all messages within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily to handle your request.
