Our standard hourly rate is comprehensive. It includes the private yacht rental, a licensed captain and crew, fuel for the trip, unlimited ice and bottled water, a high-quality sound system, and full insurance. Port fees are covered too. The only things you pay extra for are specific add-ons you might want, like food catering, special decor, or water sports gear, which we quote separately.

Absolutely, you can bring your own beverages, including alcohol, as long as you follow UAE laws. For food, we have extensive catering menus and can even provide a chef for a live BBQ. However, for safety and hygiene reasons, we don't allow guests to bring raw food to cook on the BBQ themselves.

Your safety comes first. If the Coast Guard issues a weather warning, we'll let you know right away. You can either move your booking to any available date within the next 6 months at no extra cost, or we can give you a full refund of your deposit.

We guarantee it. Since we own the fleet, we manage the inventory directly. Your booking voucher will list the specific model and include photos. If a technical issue ever arises, we'll reach out immediately and offer a free upgrade to a better vessel, provided you're happy with the switch.

Yes, swimming is allowed on trips of 3 hours or more during the day, provided the captain says it's safe and we aren't in a busy shipping lane. We have life jackets for everyone, and the crew will keep an eye on things to ensure safety.

To lock in your date, we need a 50% deposit, which you can pay securely online or via bank transfer. The rest is due 24 hours before you sail. If you need to cancel, you can get a full refund as long as you let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
